To start your return:  Log in to your Aura Home account 

Online Purchases:

Money back- Return received within 8 days from delivery date

Store Credit- Return received within 14 days from delivery date

Store Purchases:

3 days money back and 7 days store credit 

Gift Returns:

14-days for store credit/exchanges from purchase date. Gift returns must be done in store. You must present your gift receipt to be eligible for an exchange or credit. 

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, item must be unopened/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on any open linen packages. No exceptions.

Any items discounted 15% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Any personalized item or custom or special orders cannot be returned. Seasonal items cannot be returned once the holiday begins. There are no exceptions. Gift cards are final sale and not refundable. 

Return Fees:

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return refund. To avoid return fees, you may drop returns to: Aura Home, 939 River Ave, Unit 3, Lakewood, NJ 08701. 

Start Your Return:

Log in to your Aura Home account using the same email  address you used when you checked out to request a return label. No return via mail can be accepted without a return authorization. An Aura Home return label must be used. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and you will either be credited to your original payment method or will receive a store credit to your Aura Home account. Please note all store credits and gift cards expire after 12 months. 

Damages:

If you received your item in a less than perfect condition please email us at sales@aurahomenj.com  so we can make it right. Please make sure to notify us of any damages BEFORE using your item. Once it was used we cannot replace it.
