To start a return by mail, please login to your account to request a return label. A $15 return fee will be deducted from your final refund. Please review the full policy here.
- Login to your account by entering the email address you used to make the purchase. A one-time code will be emailed to you so you can easily access your Aura Home account.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
- A return label will be emailed to you shortly upon review.
To proceed, please make sure your item is qualified for a return. Sale items discounted more then 15%, custom orders and personalized items, and seasonal holiday items, cannot be returned.
By proceeding, you agree to the return conditions and understand that any linen package that was opened cannot be returned.
