2. Using the Site

4. Group gifts

Our group-gift feature lets multiple people contribute toward a single gift. The organizer sets up the gift and shares a link or code; contributors chip in online or by texting the gift code to our number. When a gift closes, Aura Home applies the collected funds toward the gift as described to the organizer. Contributions are processed through our payment providers. Refund requests for contributions are handled under our Refund Policy and may not be possible after a gift has closed or been fulfilled.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (through our providers) to charge the amount of your order or contribution.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds for merchandise are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

These terms govern Aura Home's group-gift text messaging program.

- Program description. When you text our group-gift number, (732) 466-6677, we send you transactional text replies — for example, a secure link to contribute to a specific gift, or a list of open gifts and their codes.
- Consent. The program is customer-initiated: you start the conversation by texting us. By texting us, you consent to receive text replies related to your request. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. We respond to messages you send; we do not send recurring marketing texts.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
- Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at (732) 333-3209.
- Opt out. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you start a new conversation.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Aura Home and may not be used without our permission.
